My classmates who knew about it all praised me a lot, which made me feel a little like showing off, so I decided to pay for the entire meeting today.

Unexpectedly, when I just returned to the dining table and hadn't even sat down yet, the class monitor pulled me closer to him and said something that made me extremely stunned: "We don't lack money."

I didn't understand why the class president said that, but after hearing his explanation, my face suddenly turned red with embarrassment.

It turned out that when I went to pay, the class monitor had just come in from the bathroom and saw everything. So he called me over and wanted to pay for me.
