One solution for Hanoi National University to carry out the arrangement is to establish an Advanced Technology and Innovation Park in the direction of a complex including a number of member scientific research units and support and service centers.
This complex will be an organizational hub formed from the merger of 6 units (before the arrangement and streamlining, these were 6 units under Hanoi National University): Institute of Information Technology, Institute of Natural Resources and Environment, Institute of Microbiology and Biotechnology, Center for Knowledge Transfer and Startup Support, Center for Human Resource Forecasting and Development, and Student Support Center.
After being merged into the Advanced Technology and Innovation Park, each unit proceeded to develop a project to arrange and streamline the internal organization and draft regulations on the new organization and operation of the unit.
Hanoi National University will also establish the Institute of Digital Testing and Training (or Institute of Digital University and Testing) on the basis of merging the Institute of Education Quality Assurance and the Hanoi National University Testing Center.
Merge the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital into the University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Merge the Hanoi National University Science Journal into the Hanoi National University Office. Merge the French International Faculty into the International School.
With 11 member units (including 9 member universities, the Institute of Vietnamese Studies and Development Sciences, the Tran Nhan Tong Institute), 3 affiliated schools (School of Management and Business, International School, School of Interdisciplinary Sciences and Arts) and 10 other affiliated units, Hanoi National University requires a project to arrange and streamline the internal apparatus in early January.
