(NLDO)- Sa Pa is in its most beautiful season of the year when visitors can touch the clouds and explore the natural scenery like a paradise in the middle of a sea of floating clouds.
Ranked in the top 50 most beautiful destinations in the world in 2024 by Times Travel, Sa Pa is famous for the wild beauty of Hoang Lien mountain range, poetic terraced fields, highland cultural identity, unique cuisine, and attractive travel experiences throughout the four seasons at Fansipan.

Sa Pa is currently in the cloudy season, one of the most beautiful seasons of the year and an ideal time to have fun and experience outdoor activities.
From Fansipan - the highest mountain in Indochina, visitors can see a sea of floating clouds covering the Hoang Lien range, as beautiful as a fairyland.

Besides Fansipan, tourists also have many ideal cloud hunting spots in Sa Pa such as O Quy Ho Pass, Hang Da Village, Sau Chua Village, Heaven Gate...
In order to comprehensively promote tourism activities and attract tourists to Sa Pa at the end of the year, especially during the Sa Pa cloud hunting season, Lao Cai Provincial Tourism Association coordinates with businesses to organize the largest tourism stimulus program in 2024 lasting from now until December 30, 2024.

The event has the participation of more than 130 tourism businesses in Sa Pa, operating in many different fields such as: Hotels, restaurants, transportation, entertainment areas... bringing a series of attractive festivals, products and services.

Mr. Do Van Tan, Vice Chairman of Sa Pa Town People's Committee, said that a series of winter festivals and attractive events will be continuously held from now until the end of the year in Sa Pa such as the cherry blossom festival taking place at O Long tea hill, the festival at Ban May, the international mountain marathon...

In particular, the 2025 New Year's Eve art night will bring a vibrant Tet atmosphere with a carefully prepared and grand Countdown event, promising an exciting new year to Sa Pa town. On this occasion, Sa Pa town is also preparing a cultural space with the most typical features of ethnic minorities so that visitors can have more authentic and vivid experiences.

"We believe that with the efforts of the local government, together with the support of the Lao Cai Provincial Tourism Association, especially the cooperation of businesses operating in tourism in Sa Pa... Sa Pa will attract visitors back by the end of this year and early 2025" - Mr. Do Van Tan said.

Mr. To Ba Hieu, Vice President of Lao Cai Province Tourism Association, said that the tourism stimulus program has so far received support from hundreds of businesses, with unprecedentedly attractive promotional programs.

A series of hotels in Sa Pa such as Amazing Hotel Sapa, Green Forest Hotel, Eco Sa Pa, Chau Long, Highland Resort & Spa, Brocade Lan Rung... simultaneously announced immediate discounts of up to 50% for guests booking directly. Luxury hotels such as Hotel de la Coupole, Lady Hill Sapa Resort,... also launched many promotions on dining and spa services.

Bus companies such as Inter Busline, G8 bus, Sa Pa, HK Buslines, Interbuslines and Sa Pa Green Electric Car,... also subsidize up to 30% of round-trip tickets. Other service providers such as specialties and souvenirs such as Vietnam Brocade Service, Viet Mountains,... with products imbued with the Northwest also offer strong incentives, ready for tourists to preserve a bit of Sa Pa culture after their trips.

Mr. Vo Van Tai, Director of Lan Rung Brocade Craft Village, expressed his hope that with the stimulus packages being launched, tourists from all over the country will be able to experience the most unique features of Sa Pa. "After the severe impacts of storm No. 3, I hope Sa Pa tourism will develop again and welcome more visitors," Mr. Tai said.
