As of the morning of September 12, Hai Duong still has about 54,800 customers without electricity.

Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. surveyed the scene and rebuilt the pole broken by storm No. 3.

The province has 306 more distribution transformer stations with electricity compared to September 10, however, there are still 499 distribution transformer stations without electricity. The most is in Kinh Mon town with 210 distribution transformer stations without electricity. Next is Chi Linh city with 114 stations without electricity and Tu Ky district with 97 stations.

The province has 49 more schools with electricity compared to September 10. 28 schools are still without electricity, the most are Kinh Mon with 16 schools, Chi Linh, Tu Ky, each locality has 6 schools.

The rate of customers using electricity for daily life in the whole province is over 90%. The number of customers without electricity is mainly in Chi Linh city, Kinh Mon town and Tu Ky district (due to many medium voltage line problems).

Due to heavy rains at times in the past few days affecting construction conditions, Hai Duong Power Company directed forces to take advantage of favorable weather to deploy measures to overcome the incident.
