It is known that to serve the light festival on New Year's Eve, relevant units will conduct rehearsals and tests. Traffic will also be adjusted on many routes around West Lake.
According to the plan issued by the Hanoi Department of Transport, for 3 days, including: 6-11pm on February 5, 6-12pm on February 7 and from 6pm on February 9 to 2am on February 10, vehicles will be banned from traveling from the Thuy Khue - Van Cao intersection to the Nguyen Dinh Thi - Van Cao - Trich Sai intersection.
On Nguyen Dinh Thi Street, cars are prohibited from the intersection of lane 128 Thuy Khue - Nguyen Dinh Thi to the intersection of Nguyen Dinh Thi - Van Cao - Trich Sai. At the same time, all cars and motorbikes are not allowed to enter the area from the intersection of lane 152 Thuy Khue - Nguyen Dinh Thi to the intersection of Nguyen Dinh Thi - Van Cao - Trich Sai.
