Proposal to assign Bien Hoa City People's Committee to manage and exploit nearly 5 hectares of land belonging to the Provincial Event and Foreign Affairs Center

(DN) - On the morning of April 18, the Department of Finance chaired a meeting with relevant departments, branches, agencies and the People's Committee of Bien Hoa city to discuss the management and exploitation of the Square Park (in the premises of the Provincial Event and Foreign Affairs Center, Trung Dung ward, Bien Hoa city) under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.

After dismantling the fence of the Provincial Events and Foreign Affairs Center, to ensure the management and exploitation of the Square Park according to the policy of the Provincial Party Committee, increase public space, ensure good security and safety when organizing events here, in accordance with the state management function, the meeting participants unanimously reported to the Provincial People's Committee: approve the policy of assigning the Bien Hoa City People's Committee to manage and use nearly 5 hectares of land (including part of land plot No. 4, cadastral map sheet No. 54 in Tan Phong ward managed and used by the Provincial Events and Foreign Affairs Center and part of land plot No. 23, cadastral map sheet No. 54 in Tan Phong ward managed and used by the Provincial Museum).

Assign Bien Hoa City People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Event and Foreign Affairs Center and the Provincial Museum to receive and hand over public assets according to regulations. At the same time, based on the comments of the Department of Construction and the need for use, build and invest in renovating the received land according to regulations, ensuring timely creation of public spaces for people to come to play, entertain, participate in cultural and sports activities and activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). The funding source for implementation is self-balanced by Bien Hoa City People's Committee from the city budget.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to unify boundaries and land areas, and readjust certificates of rights to manage and use state-owned land and offices.
