Dr. Nguyen Tung Lam, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Educational Psychology, quoted Educator and speaker Stephen Covey: "The biggest challenge today is how to unlock the potential of all children so that they can proactively lead their own lives instead of being led by others."

Experts and educators also spent time discussing and sharing experiences in digital transformation in education.

According to Mr. Lam, Hanoi currently has many types of schools, meeting the needs of developing high-quality human resources, including a strong non-public school system, creating a rich color for education. It is necessary to build a school model that meets the needs of the country's new era of development in the direction of autonomous, democratic, humane, creative, and integrated schools.

Experts and teachers also spent time discussing and sharing experiences in promoting emulation movements in the education sector, including the "Two Good" emulation movement; experiences in digital transformation and building smart schools; applying psychology and education science in the process of building and operating school psychology room models...

There are urgent solutions proposed that need to be prioritized to achieve the goal towards 2030, which is to form an open, flexible, interconnected, practical, practical education system, teaching and learning associated with a learning city. In which, schools are given autonomy when they have been inspected and recognized for their quality.
