For the Foreign Language subject, Nguyen Phuong Anh (a student at Nguyen Luong Bang Secondary School) took the Japanese exam and said that the exam was quite long (10 pages) but interesting. The question had an essay question about a paragraph describing a time she went to see fireworks in the context of the city organizing a fireworks festival, so it was quite interesting.
"In my opinion, only candidates who have a solid grasp of the knowledge learned in the program and expanded knowledge can do well on this test," Phuong Anh shared.
For the natural sciences, many candidates said the test was long but did not challenge students. According to Tran Dinh Gia Huy (student of Nguyen Van Linh Secondary School, exam site of Phan Chau Trinh High School), this year's Math test was quite long. To do the test, students must have a firm grasp of basic and advanced knowledge.
I completed 60-70% of the test. The two most difficult questions on the test were related to function graphs and geometry. In particular, the geometry questions required students to have good thinking skills to be able to do them. Apart from the difficult questions, many candidates could do the remaining questions because they were part of the curriculum and had been thoroughly reviewed.
