The entrance exam for grade 10 of public high schools in Hanoi for the 2023-2024 school year will take place from June 9 to 12. According to the schedule, this morning students will take the Biology exam.
This year, more than 115,000 candidates in Hanoi took the entrance exam to public grade 10. This year, more than 129,000 candidates were considered for recognition of graduating from junior high school, of which more than 115,000 students took the entrance exam to grade 10 across the city. According to the assigned quota, schools in the area will enroll 69,805 candidates into the public system (in 2022, more than 69,200 students will be enrolled).
In the specialized system (Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, Nguyen Hue High School for the Gifted, Chu Sinh An High School, Son Tay High School), the total number of registered candidates is 11,283. Total quota is 1,895.
Each student can register to apply to a maximum of 3 public high schools, ranked in order of preference 1, preference 2 and preference 3.
