
At the conference, on behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province, delegate Nguyen Tao reported to voters the main contents of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; an overview of the socio -economic situation in the first quarter of 2025 of the whole country and of Lam Dong province; anti-corruption work in the first quarter of 2025 of the province and some important results of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.
At the meeting, voters of Ward 4 expressed their agreement with the Party and State's policy on the revolution of arranging and organizing the administrative apparatus, merging provinces, not organizing district level, establishing commune level with wider administrative boundaries, aiming to be closer to the people, meeting the legitimate needs of the people.

In particular, the recent decision by the Central Government to exempt and reduce tuition fees for students has made the people extremely excited, happy and looking forward to new policies on social security and health services to be applied in the coming time, ensuring legitimate rights for the people.
Voters also made recommendations to the National Assembly Delegation on many issues that are still worrying about when merging provinces and building commune-level governments, with administrative boundaries that are too large, causing difficulties in people's travel and transactions. Especially administrative procedures under the authority of the provincial level when merging the three provinces of Lam Dong - Binh Thuan - Dak Nong into a new province, with Lam Dong as the administrative - political center.

Voters expressed concerns about selecting a team of officials with sufficient capacity to undertake tasks when arranging the government apparatus. Voters also made recommendations to the National Assembly Delegation to strictly implement the work of selecting and arranging officials to create prestige within the Party.

Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac received, listened to, and acknowledged the valid opinions of voters and people of Ward 4, Da Lat City.
More specific information on some contents related to streamlining the apparatus, merging provinces, forming a 2-level government to create new development space, creating new momentum for the country to enter a new era - the era of national development; creating closeness between the government and the people, helping to understand the people and solve their legitimate needs.
Regarding voters' concerns about the capacity of cadres to meet the requirements after the merger, the Head of the Internal Affairs Committee welcomed this spirit of voters and said that this is one of the contents that the Politburo and the Party Central Committee are very interested in and oriented.

Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac emphasized that regarding the work of streamlining the organizational apparatus, there are regulations of the Central Committee for cadres to voluntarily retire, contributing to streamlining the apparatus. As for cadres who are under investigation, review or have signs of violations, or have been disciplined, they will definitely not be used or assigned to positions, especially after the merger. At the same time, the Central Committee also orients and has appropriate policies on how to retain talented people, so that capable people can continue to work and contribute.
