According to the information received, the Facebook account named Dzung Tran (with a blue tick) at the link https://www.facebook.com/dzung.tran0509 has appeared on social networks continuously posting untrue articles, causing serious misunderstandings about the reputation of the Construction Newspaper. This behavior of the account owner shows signs of using cyberspace to carry out acts of providing false information, insulting the press, infringing on the rights and legitimate interests of agencies, organizations and individuals.

On his personal page, Facebook account Dzung Tran continuously posted articles with false content such as: "Today, Crystal Bay completed the documents, evidence and grounds to sue Kinh te Do thi newspaper and Xay dung newspaper (case 2) at the People's Court of Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa" and "Agree to withdraw the lawsuit and prevent legal consequences for Kinh te Do thi newspaper".
In the article, Facebook account owner Dzung Tran fabricated and spread a lot of false information: “But in the past 3 years, PV of Construction Newspaper has continuously published many articles attacking CBG and the Chairman of CBG arbitrarily with a spiteful and hateful attitude, despite the good relationship between the two agencies ” and “Regarding the technique of attracting readers, I confidently say that we have all the tools and solutions to be able to make the traffic to one of our links equal to the traffic of the entire month of Construction Newspaper combined. That’s just to say it quickly” (alleged).
Accordingly, Construction Newspaper has affirmed that the articles about Crystal Bay Group are true, in accordance with the principles stated on the license and in accordance with the publishing process according to the Press Law. Construction Newspaper requests that the competent authorities verify and handle the above account owner for the behavior showing signs of violation. At the same time, the Newspaper will take measures to protect its legitimate rights and interests. This unit affirms that the information posted by Facebook account Dzung Tran is false information, seriously affecting the reputation of a major newspaper like Construction Newspaper.
Previously, the account Dzung Tran shared and posted articles on the page https://nhatrangtrip.net with titles such as "Crystal Bay Group proposes to handle the Editor-in-Chief of Construction Newspaper", "Crystal Bay Group sues Construction Newspaper: What is the purpose of Construction Newspaper?". Construction Newspaper issued Official Dispatch No. 148/BXD-VP dated June 9, 2023 and 179/CV-BXD dated July 7, 2023 requesting competent authorities to handle the posting of false information by the account owner.
According to the results from the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information (Ministry of Information and Communications) in Official Dispatch 1472/PTTH&TTDT dated June 22, 2023, the Department has requested the Department of Information Security to coordinate and request enterprises providing Internet connection services to deploy appropriate technical measures to prevent and ensure that telecommunications service users throughout Vietnam cannot access the website https://nhatrangtrip.net. However, the Facebook account Dzung Tran has not yet been processed according to legal regulations.
