Proposal to discipline some party members who violated the law at the Vinh Phuc and Quang Ngai Party Committees

At this Session, the Central Inspection Commission (CIC) reviewed and concluded the following contents:

Considering the report proposing disciplinary action against a number of party members who violated the regulations in the Party Committees of Vinh Phuc and Quang Ngai provinces, the Central Inspection Commission found that:

Comrades Hoang Thi Thuy Lan, member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Duy Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee; Dang Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Cao Khoa, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ha Hoang Viet Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Quang Ngai Province, have degraded in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; seriously violated the Party's regulations and the State's laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing and combating corruption and negativity, violating regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example; negative, accepting bribes, causing very serious consequences, public outrage, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization and local government, to the point of having to consider and handle disciplinary action.

Based on Party regulations, the Central Inspection Committee requests competent authorities to consider and discipline comrades Hoang Thi Thuy Lan, Le Duy Thanh, Dang Van Minh, Cao Khoa, and Ha Hoang Viet Phuong.

The Central Inspection Commission will continue to inspect, review and handle relevant party organizations and party members.

Also at this session, the Central Inspection Committee reviewed and concluded a number of other important contents.
