The 2nd Ninh Binh-Trang An Festival in 2023 with the theme "Heritage Colors - Convergence and Spread" will be held in Ninh Binh city and Hoa Lu district. Currently, the two localities are making efforts to promote propaganda work, ensure environmental sanitation, create green, clean and beautiful landscapes, and welcome visitors to the Festival.
As a famous tourist destination, regularly welcoming a large number of visitors, the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Historical-Cultural Relics Conservation Center has been promoting environmental sanitation activities, creating a good impression on visitors.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc, Deputy Director of the Center, said: To promote and spread the cultural values at the relic, serving the Ninh Binh Festival this year, the Center has carried out many professional tasks, such as promoting vivid images, detailed content about new topics at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital National Special Relic on the website, social networks; ensuring security and order, services operating outside the relic area as well as environmental sanitation and landscape work in the relic (creating green grass carpets, replanting a series of green tree systems covering the royal garden and the inner palace of King Dinh Temple, King Le Temple, outside creating a landscape with quite vivid vegetation).
The Center's Youth Union organized cleaning, tree cutting, pruning, and creating a green, clean, and beautiful landscape for the tombs of the two Kings. During this period, foreign and domestic visitors increased many times compared to the same period last year. Therefore, the Center mobilized maximum human resources, arranged staff to work overtime, and met the needs of visiting, learning, and exploring the ancient capital of Hoa Lu.
In Ninh Binh city, the propaganda work for the Festival is focused. Comrade Dinh Tran Thuy, Director of the City's Center for Culture, Sports and Broadcasting, said: To carry out tasks serving the 2nd Ninh Binh-Trang An Festival, the Center has promoted information and visual propaganda work in forms such as hanging banners, streamers, and flags of all kinds.
Up to now, 250 banners have been hung on Tran Hung Dao, Ton Duc Thang, Dinh Tien Hoang, Trang An, Dinh Tat Mien streets; 350 fabric flags and banners have been prepared to be placed on bridges and streets in front of the Provincial Party Committee area, Ton Duc Thang and Trang An streets; 30 banners have been prepared to be printed and hung on the main streets of the city such as Tran Hung Dao, Le Hong Phong, Le Dai Hanh, Dinh Tien Hoang, etc.
At the same time, continue to promote propaganda on mass media, on electronic information pages, city television programs, on the 2-level loudspeaker system, on electronic information pages, fanpage "Center for Culture - Sports and Broadcasting of Ninh Binh City", "Ninh Binh City Police"... The LED lighting system decorating Tran Hung Dao, Dinh Tien Hoang, Le Hong Phong streets has been repaired. Through propaganda work and safety conditions at the Festival being implemented methodically, closely, and closely, the community responsibility of all levels, sectors, localities, and units in the city will contribute to the success of the 2nd Festival.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organizing Committee of the 2nd Ninh Binh-Trang An Festival said: To prepare for this Festival, Ninh Binh province has strengthened State management in related fields, promoted urban beautification, invested in infrastructure development, upgraded facilities; ensured security and order, social safety, food safety for each activity and event.
Implementing the plan within the framework of the Festival program, the Department of Culture and Sports organized the renovation of 20 four-sided billboard clusters in Dinh Tien Hoang De Square, 3 billboards at Tam Quan gate of Trang An street; replaced the canvas of 22 four-sided billboard clusters; 72 billboards hanging on electric poles; 50 horizontal banners, 300 vertical banners to promote the Festival in Ninh Binh city, Trang An street, and areas where activities are held within the framework of the Festival. Repaired, replaced and renewed the content of large-panel clusters. Departments, branches, and localities increased visual propaganda... about the Festival.
The 2nd Ninh Binh-Trang An Festival Program in 2023 is expected to include unique key activities demonstrating the connection, convergence, and dissemination of the cultural heritage colors of Ninh Binh province in particular and regions in the country in general. Typical examples include: Festival opening program; Southern cultural heritage program; Northern-Central cultural heritage program and Korean-Laos-Vietnam cultural exchange and the closing program "Fiery Ancient Capital" - welcoming the new year... promising a spectacular, vivid, and attractive national cultural and tourism event.
