In addition, this activity also contributes to encouraging, motivating, and promoting the talent and enthusiasm of the city's artists. The implementation of the propaganda plan is required to be synchronous, practical, and effective with diverse, rich, and vibrant forms.

The plan has 9 key propaganda contents.

According to the announcement, the propaganda plan for the above 9 activities will be organized simultaneously in March and April, and will last until the end of December 2025.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee and districts, Thu Duc City; the City Department of Culture and Information; the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union; the City Union of Literature and Arts Associations, 9 City Literature and Arts Associations; Television Station, Voice of the People Radio Station, and press agencies in the City are assigned to organize the implementation.
