The project is 593m long, with a total investment of 40 billion VND from the central budget reserve support fund in 2023 for some localities to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and landslides. According to the design, the top of the embankment is combined with a management road, the road width is 3.5m for people's lives to connect with the coastal walking route and the Ninh Chu embankment road. On the road, 21 lighting poles are installed 6m high, using LED lights integrated with solar batteries to ensure traffic safety for people and vehicles, creating an aesthetic for the road. Construct a wave-breaking wall with a reinforced concrete structure 2.15m high, with a 10cm thick layer of stone underneath. The lower part of the embankment is protected by 2 rows of buy prismatic stone pipes with a diameter of 1.10m. The outer part of the seaward foot of the revetment is protected by tetrapods (large concrete blocks) weighing 2 tons, arranged in 2 layers to reduce the impact of sea waves and ensure the stability of the revetment.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Irrigation Sub-Department to be the project investor; after completing the procedures and selecting a contractor in June 2024, construction will begin. The completed sea dike will prevent coastal erosion deep into the mainland, protect the houses, lives and property of people in Ninh Chu 1 residential area; at the same time, protect the environment, stabilize security and order, create a premise for socio-economic development in coastal areas, and contribute to stabilizing people's lives in the region.
