Recently, Nhat An Phu Auction Company - Thanh Hoa branch and the People's Committee of Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province, organized an auction of 85 residential land plots for households and individuals in sub-area 6, Ha Dong commune, Ha Trung town. These 85 land plots have a total area of over 1.7 hectares.
Each plot of land has an area of 126-250m2. The starting price ranges from 694 million VND to over 1.3 billion VND per plot. The total starting price for the 85 plots of land is over 91.5 billion VND. The above starting price does not include registration fees and other financial obligations related to land use.
These land plots, designated for rural residential use, are allocated by the State through land use rights auctions with long-term usage rights.

According to the announcement, the bidders are households and individuals who are eligible to be allocated land by the state with payment of land use fees as stipulated by regulations.
In Dong Son district, on January 25th, the Thanh Hoa Asset Auction Service Center will hold an auction for the right to use 207 land plots that are assets of the Dong Son District People's Committee.
Among the auctioned land plots, there are 123 plots (114-226 m2/plot) in the residential area of Dong Thinh commune, with starting prices of 6.1-13.2 million VND/m2; and 84 residential land plots (120-166 m2/plot) in Dong Minh commune, Dong Son district, with starting prices of 3-6.8 million VND/m2.
The auction will be conducted in a single round of direct, secret ballot voting at the auction site; the bidding method will be ascending. The auction will take place in the meeting hall of the Dong Minh Commune People's Committee.
Next, on January 26th, the auction company will auction off the 85 land plots mentioned above, and the People's Committee of Dong Son district will coordinate to organize an auction for the land use rights of 190 residential land plots (with an area of over 2.4 hectares) at the Van Bac rural residential area, Dong Van commune, Dong Son district.
The land plots range in size from 95-365m2/plot. Starting prices range from 520 million VND to over 1.97 billion VND/plot. The total starting price for 190 land plots is over 128 billion VND.
The price includes the cost of technical infrastructure investment, but excludes registration fees and land use right certificate issuance fees.
The land plot has already had infrastructure invested in accordance with the plan approved by the competent authority. The auctioned land plot is designated for residential use, allocated by the state, with land use fees collected through auction and a long-term usage period.
In Hoang Hoa district, on the afternoon of January 26th, these two units will also hold an auction for the right to use 112 land plots that are assets of the Hoang Hoa District People's Committee. All auctioned land plots are rural residential land with long-term use rights.
Of these, 23 plots of land for auction are located in the residential area of Hoang Dong commune, each with an area of 150-258m2. The starting price ranges from 772 million VND to over 2 billion VND per plot. Bidders must deposit an amount ranging from 154.5 million VND to over 407 million VND, depending on the plot.
Eighty plots of land are being auctioned in the Hoang Dao commune residential area, each ranging in size from 112 to 327 square meters. Starting prices range from over 799 million VND to over 2.1 billion VND per plot.
There are 9 other land plots for auction in the Hoang Phuong commune residential area, each with an area of 160m2. The starting price ranges from 748 million VND to over 1 billion VND per plot.
In Cam Thuy district, 36 plots of land, which are assets of the Cam Thuy District People's Committee, will also be auctioned for land use rights on the morning of January 25th.
The auctioned land plots are located within the detailed residential construction planning area at a scale of 1/500 in the Hai Dong residential area, Thuan Luong village, Cam Tu commune, Cam Thuy district. The plots range in size from 125-341 m2. The unit price is 2-8.7 million VND/m2. Starting prices range from over 336 million VND to over 1.1 billion VND per plot.
Thus, in January, at least 630 plots of land belonging to households and individuals will be auctioned off in various localities of Thanh Hoa province. The starting price for these plots ranges from a minimum of 300 million VND to a maximum of over 2 billion VND.
