(Dan Tri) - The auction of 28 plots of land in Binh Xa village, Binh Phu commune, Thach That district (Hanoi) had 319 customers with 1,368 applications participating. The highest winning price was recorded at nearly 186 million VND/m2.
Recently, Thach That district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 28 plots of land in Binh Xa village, Binh Phu commune. The plots of land have an area of 69.2-117.1m2/lot. The starting price is 3.78 million VND/m2 and nearly 5.8 million VND/m2.
The auction is by direct secret ballot with multiple rounds, from a minimum of 7 to 14 rounds, applied to each different plot of land. The price step is 5 million VND/m2, applied to all plots of land and in all auction rounds.
The auction had 319 customers, with 1,368 applications participating. After 21 rounds of bidding, 28 customers were determined to be the winners of the auction. Of which, the highest winning lot was nearly 185.8 million VND/m2. The lowest land lot had a price of nearly 63.8 million VND/m2.
The leader of the People's Committee of Thach That district said that the current status of the auctioned land is adjacent to Provincial Road 419 and Viet Hung Industrial University. According to the general planning of Binh Phu commune, the auctioned land is oriented to be close to the North-South economic axis.
Regarding the planning orientation of the Capital and the District Planning, the land is located near the new residential area and the new Industrial Cluster adjacent to H14 Road. On the other hand, Binh Phu commune will be adjacent to the Western city development area, and at the same time adjacent to the Quoc Oai ecological urban area, with a system of Eye Hospital, Hanoi Heart Hospital, and Xanh Pon 2 Hospital.
Previously, Thach That district also organized an auction of 34 land plots in Dong Nga area (phase 3), Huong Ngai commune.
These plots of land have a total area of 5,100m2, each plot is 150m2 wide. The auction attracted 313 customers, with 1,314 applications participating in the auction. The auction was conducted in a direct secret ballot format with multiple rounds of bidding, with the method of bidding up for each plot of land.
After 12 rounds, the auction identified 34 winning bidders, with winning prices ranging from 38.4 to 59.4 million VND/m2, 16 to 25 times higher than the starting price. The total amount collected from the auction reached over 241 billion VND.
