Forest land for production has a land allocation limit of no more than 30 hectares.

This provision is part of the Regulations on allocation limits, recognition limits for land use rights, acceptance limits for land use rights transfers, and minimum areas for land division and consolidation for land types in Quang Nam province, which have just been issued by the Provincial People's Committee. Specifically:

1. The limit of recognition of self-reclaimed agricultural land of households and individuals without disputes shall be recognized according to the provisions of Clause 2 of this Article when a certificate is granted.

2. The limit of unused land allocation for individuals to put into use according to planning for agricultural, forestry and aquaculture production is prescribed as follows:

a) Land for growing annual crops, aquaculture, and salt production must not exceed 02 hectares for each type of land.

b) Land for growing perennial crops must not exceed 10 hectares for communes, wards and towns in the plains; must not exceed 30 hectares for communes, wards and towns in the midlands and mountainous areas.

c) Production forest land must not exceed 30 hectares. In addition, in Article 7 (limit for receiving transfer of agricultural land use rights of individuals as prescribed in Article 177 of the 2024 Land Law), the Provincial People's Committee also stipulates:

1. For area I: no more than 20 hectares of annual crop land, aquaculture land, other agricultural land for each individual; no more than 30 hectares of perennial crop land; no more than 50 hectares of production forest land for each individual.

2. Area II: no more than 25 hectares of annual crop land, aquaculture land, other agricultural land for each individual; no more than 50 hectares of perennial crop land; no more than 100 hectares of production forest land for each individual.

3. Area III: no more than 30 hectares of annual crop land, aquaculture land, other agricultural land for each individual; no more than 100 hectares of perennial crop land; no more than 300 hectares of production forest land for each individual.
