Kinhtedothi - On the afternoon of March 6th, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung and his delegation worked with the leaders of Hoa Binh province on the implementation of growth scenarios and key tasks for 2025.

By 2025, Hoa Binh aims for a GRDP growth rate of over 10%. Specifically, agriculture, forestry, and fisheries are projected to grow by 4%; industry and construction by 13.67% (with industry alone growing by 13.58%); services by 9%; and product taxes less product subsidies by 9%.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung requested that the leaders of Hoa Binh province find ways to make the province achieve more significant and effective breakthroughs, focusing on each field and each issue in depth.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung requested the province to continue to reorganize and stabilize the organizational structure of the political system; and focus on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo.
To improve the investment and business environment, the Deputy Prime Minister urged Hoa Binh province to decisively remove obstacles for businesses, reform administrative procedures, train human resources, and enhance provincial competitiveness.
"The Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) ranking of 53rd out of 63 is very low. The province needs to seriously learn from this experience, review, rectify, and set a target for the PCI to be in the top 40 by 2025," Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung emphasized.
In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister noted that the province needs to develop industry as a foundation, build strategic transportation infrastructure as a basis for economic growth, and focus on improving the material and spiritual lives of the people.
