List of 12 types of milk identified as counterfeit

The Ministry of Public Security has just announced a list of 84 milk products seized in the criminal case and advised people not to use 12 types of fake milk; should not use 72 milk products under further investigation of Rance Pharma International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Hacofood Group Pharmaceutical Nutrition Joint Stock Company.

12 types of milk identified as counterfeit goods have quality indicators of some main substances reaching only less than 70% compared to the declared level, identified as counterfeit goods (fake in quality) according to the provisions of Point b, Clause 7, Article 3, Decree No. 98/2020/ND-CP dated August 26, 2020 of the Government.

Previously, on April 10, 2025, the Investigation Police Agency, Ministry of Public Security prosecuted and arrested many subjects in the fake milk production line at Rance Pharma International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Hacofood Group Nutrition Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, seized 84 types of powdered milk products and more than 26,000 cans of milk./.
