Nur Aisyah Mohamad Zubir won the final stage of the Binh Duong International Women's Cycling Tournament - Biwase Cup 2025.
The Binh Duong International Women's Cycling Tournament - Biwase Cup 2025 officially ended on March 18 after stage 7, with a route from Vung Tau City to Thu Dau Mot City (Binh Duong) with a length of 120km.
The final race saw strong attacks from guest teams from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Iran.
The leading group of 14 riders created a gap of more than 1 minute 30 seconds over the group behind. Among them were many direct competitors to the white jersey of Kasuga Watabe (PBCV Binh Duong).
Realizing this danger, Binh Duong's racers accelerated to close the gap to protect their teammates.
Despite this, the leading group maintained their advantage through the stage’s two key sprint points, where Somrat Phetdarin (Thailand) and Delia Priatna Ayustina (Indonesia) took turns winning. However, as the race regrouped and approached the finish line, the Thai team changed tactics.
Realizing that Jutatip Maneephan was not in good form, the Thai team continuously attacked, avoiding Nguyen Thi That (Loc Troi An Giang) from sprinting at the finish line. This created an opportunity for a group of three riders to escape in the last 1km.
And Nur Aisyah Mohamad Zubir (Malaysia) excellently sprinted to the finish line first. Nguyen Thi Thi (Loc Troi An Giang) finished second.
Natalia Frolova - absolute champion
Natalia Frolova crowned Biwase Cup 2025
By finishing in a large group right behind the three leading riders, Natalia Frolova officially kept the overall yellow jersey of the Biwase Cup 2025, affirming her superior strength.
Previously, she also won the race in the UCI system, Biwase Tour of Vietnam 2025.
The biggest highlight of Frolova's journey at the Biwase Cup 2025 was her impressive performance in stage 3 from Nha Trang City (Khanh Hoa) to Phan Rang - Thap Cham City (Ninh Thuan).
In this stage, Frolova conquered four consecutive passes alone, surpassing all opponents to win the absolute victory, thereby owning the red polka dot jersey for Queen of the Mountains.
Not only successfully defending her individual title, Frolova also contributed greatly to Biwase Binh Duong's team championship.
In other titles, Nguyen Thi That (Loc Troi An Giang) won the green jersey overall, while Kasuga Watabe (PBCV Binh Duong) kept the white jersey for the best young racer.
