The total budget for gift giving is expected to be more than 834 billion VND and more than 1.68 million meritorious people will receive gifts.
The cost of giving gifts is guaranteed by the Central budget according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 14, Article 170, Decree No. 131/2021/ND-CP./.
