On the morning of May 19, the Party Committee of Division 341 - Military Region 4, held a conference to review 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the 12th Politburo on "Strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation".

In the period of 2018 - 2023, the Party Committee has led, directed, thoroughly grasped and seriously and closely implemented Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the 12th Politburo on "Strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation". In particular, focusing on innovating the content, form and methods of fighting against erroneous and hostile views to protect the Party's ideological foundation at the unit; attaching importance to training to improve the quality of the unit's staff. At the same time, improving the quality of inspection and evaluation of the results of the struggle at the unit to ensure seriousness. Immediately after Resolution 35 was issued by the higher level, the Division Party Committee led the Party committees, Party organizations and organizations to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement Resolution 35 to ensure strictness and seriousness; in which it is determined that the dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 35 is an important content that directly contributes to protecting the Party, the Party's political platform and guidelines; protecting the People and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state.

At the conference, the comments frankly clarified and supplemented the issues identified in the report and specifically applied them to the unit's tasks; clarified the advantages, limitations, causes and provided directions, proposed a number of contents and measures to strengthen the struggle and protect the Party's ideological foundation close to reality.
After 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 35 of the 12th Politburo, 100% of cadres, party members and the masses have grasped the basic and core contents; clearly recognized the role and significance of Resolution 35 in building and consolidating the ideological battlefield at agencies and units. From there, the role and responsibility of Party committees, political commissars and commanders at all levels have been promoted in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of the Resolution in line with the requirements, tasks and practical conditions of the unit; synchronously implementing "building" and "fighting", in which "building" is a regular task.
In the coming time, the Party Committee determined to continue to innovate the content, methods, and forms of protecting the Party's ideological foundation. The overarching task is to maintain and strengthen the Party's ideological position throughout the unit; build and promote the qualities and personality of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" of revolutionary soldiers; have a firm political stance, be ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization, a strong and comprehensive Division, "exemplary and typical".
