This morning, January 14, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises (Party Committee of the Bloc) held a conference to review Party building work in 2024, deploy tasks in 2025 and receive the Emulation Flag of the Government. Achieved many results in Party building work
The report of the Party Committee of the Bloc stated that in 2024, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc organized to thoroughly grasp, concretize and effectively implement the political tasks of the Party Committee of the Bloc, and at the same time completed 4/4 contents of the commitment signed with the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Accordingly, the quality of political and ideological education work of grassroots party organizations (TCCS) was improved, the work of compiling the Party Bloc's History for the period 1960-1924 met the set plan, the quality of the online contest to learn about the work "Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in the entire Party Bloc achieved high results.
The Party Committee of the Block won the collective first prize of the competition. The Party Committee of the Block is the first unit in the country and in the province to pilot the theoretical training course, updating knowledge for cadres and party members of the 5th target group on the internet with good results, highly appreciated by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
The Party building organization of the Party Committee has been strengthened, focusing on the quality of Party Committee and Party cell activities, improving the quality of cadres at all levels to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation, the Party member recruitment target exceeded the set plan, the preparation work for the Party cell congresses of agencies and units towards the Party Congress of the Bloc, term III, 2025-2030, is on schedule. The Bloc Party Committee has also promptly proposed a plan to reorganize the apparatus of the Bloc Party Committee according to the policy of the superiors.
The work of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement at Party cell centers was carried out in a disciplined and proper manner. The construction of a skillful mass mobilization model continued to be effectively implemented. The work of preventing corruption and negativity was promoted. The application of information technology in management and operation achieved high efficiency. Social security work was actively responded to by Party cell centers, Youth Union of the Bloc and Provincial Civil Servants' Union, contributing to the results of implementing 3 national target programs in the province.

The conference spent most of the time discussing and pointing out the causes of the achieved results as well as the shortcomings and limitations, and proposed 9 key tasks for 2025. In particular, the Party Committee of the Bloc focused on leading and directing the Party's grassroots organizations to implement the goals, tasks and solutions set out in 2025 in Conclusion No. 667 dated November 25, 2024 of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, 17th term, as well as implementing the quality and effectiveness of the content of the commitment to the Provincial Party Committee in 2025, while reviewing the main goals, targets and tasks of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, especially the targets forecast to be difficult to achieve, to focus on leading and directing the implementation of the set plan.
Continue to perform tasks well while the new Party organization has not been arranged and consolidated.
Speaking at the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Ly Kieu Van acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Party Committee of the Bloc in 2024.
In 2025, in addition to agreeing on the tasks set out by the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Ly Kieu Van suggested that the Party Committee of the Bloc focus on leading and directing agencies and units to seriously implement the policy of streamlining the apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with the policies of the central government and the province. During the implementation process, it is necessary to focus on doing a good job of ideological work to create consensus among cadres, party members, and workers, while at the same time implementing policies for cases affected by the process of streamlining the apparatus in accordance with the regulations of the Party and the State.
The Party Committee of the Bloc focuses on leading the subordinate Party Committees to continue to perform well the assigned tasks in the fields of Party building and professional activities until the end of the Party Committee's activities, while promoting digital transformation, paying attention to thoroughly resolving petitions from cadres and Party members to well serve the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
At the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc Do Thi Ly emphasized that, closely following the 2025 tasks deployed at the conference, the Party Central Committees focused on preparing and successfully organizing the Party Congresses of their units for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on three key tasks: summarizing the leadership work of the Party Committee, drafting documents to submit to the congress and personnel work for the congress.
Implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus according to the central government's policy is a difficult, sensitive and complicated task because it directly affects the work, psychology and interests of cadres, party members and workers. Therefore, Party committees at all levels must strengthen leadership and direction to do a good job of ideological work for cadres, party members and workers to create high consensus and unity, avoiding creating psychological disturbances.
Maintain strict implementation of organizational principles, party activities, working regulations, strengthen internal solidarity and unity as well as continue to synchronously and effectively implement all aspects of Party building work. Continue to promote the work of preventing corruption, waste, and negativity as well as effectively carry out inspection, supervision, and enforcement of party discipline to contribute to building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Bloc.
In recognition of its achievements in work, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Prime Minister for its outstanding achievements, leading the patriotic emulation movement in 2023.
