Political and ideological education for cadres and party members is one of the top tasks of Party building, playing an important role in improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of the Party members. Over the years, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies has always paid attention to leading and implementing many practical and effective solutions for this work, contributing to building and firmly protecting the Party's ideological foundation.
The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc currently has over 4,600 party members, operating in 63 affiliated grassroots party organizations, which are agencies that plan and implement policies and resolutions of the central government and the province. In order to raise political and ideological awareness for each cadre and party member, in recent years, the Party Committee of the Bloc has led and directed the study and strict implementation of regulations, directives and resolutions of the central government and the Provincial Party Committee; concretizing them with implementation documents suitable to the specific situation of the unit. Typical examples include: Resolution No. 02-NQ/ĐUK "On strengthening the role and responsibility of party organizations and party members in the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc when using social networks in the period 2021-2025"; annual thematic plans to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"...
The Party Committee of the Bloc directed the branches, grassroots Party Committees, and affiliated organizations to strengthen political and ideological education for Party members in order to create high unity in implementing the Party Committee's political tasks. Accordingly, based on the working regulations, Party Committees at all levels promptly assigned specific tasks to Party Committee members in charge of each aspect of work, associated with political and ideological work, such as: Promptly implementing resolutions, directives, and guiding documents of the Party; sending Party Committee members to attend activities at affiliated Party cells; regularly grasping the situation, ideological developments, thoughts, and aspirations of Party members to promptly encourage cadres and Party members to work with peace of mind.
The work of propaganda, education, and raising political awareness for cadres and party members has received attention and diversified implementation forms. From 2021-2023, the Party Committee of the Bloc organized 3 competitions on professional reporting skills, professional inspection and supervision skills, and excellent party cell secretary competitions with the participation of over 500 cadres and party members; 1 contest to learn about studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in the form of multiple-choice tests on the Electronic Party Member Handbook application, attracting nearly 3,900 cadres and party members to participate. In particular, the writing contest "Bright examples around us" was successfully organized, phase 1 in 2023 and phase 2 in 2024, with a total of 262 entries. The contest "Bright examples around us" has contributed to discovering, honoring, and replicating typical examples, advanced examples, good people, good deeds of collectives and individuals who are pioneers in innovation, dynamism, creativity, daring to think, daring to do at agencies and units in the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.
The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies has always paid attention to directing and implementing the work of training, fostering political theory, and updating new knowledge, ensuring quantity, quality, and innovation in training forms and methods in the direction of taking students as the center, promoting the positivity and initiative of students... From the beginning of 2024 to now, the Party Committee of the Bloc has organized 1 training course on Party work, inspection and supervision for 164 students who are Party committee officials; 7 training courses on political theory for 431 students who are candidates for Party admission and new Party members. Thereby, further raising the awareness of students in studying, working and training, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Bloc.
The Party Committee of the Bloc actively directed the grassroots and affiliated organizations to establish groups of collaborators to participate in the fight against and refute bad and toxic information on social networks; increased information dissemination and directed the posting of many articles about the province's policies and guidelines, typical events, good people, good deeds, etc. Thereby creating positive changes in the entire Party Committee in the task of ensuring network safety and security; creating resistance against the plots, activities, propaganda, distortions, and sabotage incitement of hostile forces and bad elements.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Vinh, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies, emphasized: In order to strengthen the building of Party culture, political education, ideology, revolutionary ethics for cadres and party members, contributing to protecting the Party's ideological foundation, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies continues to lead and direct the effective implementation of this work. In particular, focusing on innovating and diversifying propaganda and education methods, raising political awareness, arousing and promoting the will of self-reliance, self-improvement, creating unity in will and action among cadres and party members. At the same time, focusing on promoting the spirit of initiative, creativity, bold innovation of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and units in performing tasks, promoting the role and responsibility of setting an example for cadres and party members; strengthening and innovating the work of party member management in the ideological field, associated with the work of managing cadres and civil servants...
