The Party Committee of Thien Tan Joint Stock Company has 41 members, operating in 4 affiliated Party cells. In 2023, the Party Committee of the company led cadres, party members, and workers to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State; competed to successfully carry out production and business tasks, all targets were achieved and exceeded the plan, increasing compared to the previous year; paid attention to ensuring jobs and legitimate rights of workers, the average income of 228 workers reached 10 million VND/person/month.

In addition, the company's Party Committee has done a good job in Party building and rectification; innovated leadership methods, improved the quality of Party committee and cell activities; strictly implemented the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism, promoted the responsibility of cadres and Party members; and led mass organizations to organize activities well.
