Provincial Border Guard Party Committee: Plan to review the Party Committees of Border Guard Stations on the Hai Ha and Mong Cai border lines

On November 19 and 20, 2024, the working delegation of the Provincial Border Guard Command Party Committee led by Colonel Nguyen Van Thiem, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard, attended the collective review of the Party Committee, Party Committee members and unit commanders of the Hai Hoa, Quang Duc Border Guard stations, Mong Cai International Border Gate and Tra Co.

Colonel Nguyen Van Thiem, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of the Provincial Border Guard, gave a speech directing the conference to review the Party Committee of the Mong Cai International Border Gate Border Guard Station.

In 2024, the units successfully completed their political tasks, firmly protecting national sovereignty, security and borders. The units proactively grasped and seriously and effectively implemented the contents of the resolution. The units also promptly advised and proposed to superiors, coordinated with local Party committees and authorities on building, managing and effectively handling incidents at the border, sea areas and border gates, avoiding being passive and surprised.

Measures to manage and protect borders and sea areas have also been deployed synchronously and comprehensively by units. Units have also focused on maintaining and strictly implementing combat readiness, effectively fighting against all types of crimes, maintaining political security, social order and safety, and maintaining traffic at seaports. Border diplomacy, people's diplomacy, and mass mobilization have been completed well. Along with that, focusing on building "Comprehensively strong" and "Exemplary" units, clean and strong Party organizations... Thanks to the good implementation of resolutions, over the past year, units of the province have been commended and rewarded by superiors and all levels.

The working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee and Border Guard attended the conference to review the Party Committee members and the Party Committee of Quang Duc Border Guard Station.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Thiem, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of the Provincial Border Guard, acknowledged, highly appreciated and commended the results achieved by the units in the past time.

The Commander of the Provincial Border Guard also frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome in the coming time. At the same time, he directed the Border Guard stations to continue to strengthen education, dissemination and popularization of the contents of the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, creating motivation for officers and soldiers in the unit to perform well the assigned political tasks, continue to strengthen the training and practice of expertise, profession and discipline; grasp and manage the internal affairs firmly, inspect and supervise to urge and rectify. The units also need to continue to pay attention to taking good care of the material and spiritual life of the troops; do a good job of the military rear, ensuring policies for the troops.
