Attending the conference were delegates from the Party Inspection Committee of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, comrades in the Party Committee of Military Hospital 105, delegates from 31 Party cells under the Party Committee and officers of the Hospital's Political Department.

Colonel Nguyen Phu Anh, Deputy Head of the Party Inspection Committee of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, gave a speech at the conference.

At the conference, after listening to the Draft Report summarizing the inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement work for the 2020-2025 term presented by Colonel Nguyen Viet Long, there were 5 comments contributed to the draft report.

The comments were basically in agreement with the contents presented in the draft report and assessment. During the past term, the Hospital Party Committee has always closely followed the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the Party Inspection Committee of the General Department; inspection and supervision work has been maintained in a disciplined manner, and quality has been gradually improved, contributing significantly to the results of completing the unit's political tasks, consolidating and maintaining the Party's leadership principles, strengthening solidarity and unity, and improving the capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Phu Anh acknowledged and commended the achievements in the inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement work of the Party Committee of Military Hospital 105 in the past term. The Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the General Department affirmed that in the past term, the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the Hospital have done a good job of disseminating and strictly implementing the resolutions, directives and instructions of the superiors on inspection and supervision work; completed 100% of the inspection and supervision work plan, ensuring the correct procedures and principles, thereby proactively preventing and stopping manifestations and acts of disciplinary violations by cadres and party members, contributing to building the Party Committee of the Hospital strong in politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. Colonel Nguyen Phu Anh suggested that the Party Committee of Military Hospital 105 should frankly point out the causes of the shortcomings and limitations mentioned in the report, in order to promptly propose solutions to overcome them in the next term.

Regarding the direction and tasks of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Deputy Head of the Party Inspection Committee of the General Department suggested that the Party Committee of the Hospital should focus on leading the education and raising awareness of the position and role of inspection and supervision for the staff and Party members in the Hospital, especially the team of Party committees and staff doing inspection and supervision work; inspection and supervision work must be carried out carefully, qualitatively, specifically, meticulously, with prevention as the main focus; attach importance to improving the quality of regular supervision work, the quality of supervision work when there are signs of violations; pay attention to and improve the quality of the staff doing party inspection work.

From the important results achieved in the inspection and supervision work of the past term, the Deputy Head of the Party Inspection Committee of the General Department believes that the Party Committee and the Party Inspection Committee of the Hospital will continue to do a good job in thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the inspection and supervision work, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Hospital, a strong and comprehensive unit.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Nguyen Viet Long, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Hospital acknowledged and understood the instructions of the Deputy Head of the Party Inspection Committee of the General Department. The Party Committee of Military Hospital 105 will supplement the Summary Report on inspection and supervision work and organize the development of a plan for serious and quality implementation, contributing to improving the quality of inspection and supervision work of the Hospital in the coming time.
