Dr. Nguyen Duy Ha (born in 1971) graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology with a degree in Electrochemistry. He is currently an expert in low-temperature quantum physics, a professor at Vienna University of Technology, the number one research group in Austria and one of the top 7 low-temperature research groups in Europe.
Nguyen Duy Ha has spent time researching and working for many prestigious organizations and scientific research institutions at home and abroad such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan; Hanoi University of Science and Technology; Institute of Technology, Ministry of Industry of Vietnam; Chungnam National University, Korea; Leiden University, Netherlands; Vietnam Science and Technology Research Fund, Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam...
In particular, Dr. Nguyen Duy Ha's family also has many members who are professors, doctors, and masters in many fields of basic and applied science in the country and in countries with advanced science in Europe and the world.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, President Vo Van Thuong visited the family and listened to the introduction of the scientific research works and projects of Dr. Nguyen Duy Ha. The President highly appreciated the achievements and contributions in the journey of pursuing the career of scientific research and application of science and technology of Dr.
“The Party and State always hope that overseas Vietnamese in general and overseas Vietnamese intellectuals and scientists and technologists in particular will increasingly achieve new achievements in scientific research, teaching and in life,” the President emphasized.

With the achievements that expert Nguyen Duy Ha and his family have achieved in recent times, the President believes that intellectuals like Dr. Nguyen Duy Ha's family will contribute to spreading knowledge, making the world know more about Vietnamese intellectuals.
The President said that currently, many Vietnamese intellectuals and scientists have succeeded abroad and are known and highly appreciated by the world, such as astrophysicist Trinh Xuan Thuan, physics professor Tran Thanh Van, and scientist Nguyen Duy Ha. Dr. Nguyen Ha's successes are not only the joy of his family and himself, but also the common joy of the people and country of Vietnam.
At the same time, Dr. Nguyen Duy Ha's intellectual contributions not only contribute to the general science and technology of humanity and local research facilities, but also have the meaning of encouraging and motivating Vietnamese intellectuals in the cause of developing science and technology in the country.
Along with that, it also contributes to opening up new issues for the State management of science and technology, especially in perfecting policies to encourage, recruit, and create favorable conditions for Vietnamese scientists at home and abroad to contribute to the cause of research and application of science and technology to ensure practicality and efficiency.
