The Provincial Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front worked with the Thuan Nam District Party Committee on preparing for the District Front Congress, term 2024-2029

On February 27, comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and the working delegation had a working session with the Thuan Nam District Party Committee on the coordination of leadership and direction of the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates of the district, term 2024-2029.

To move towards the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, term 2024-2029, Thuan Nam District Party Committee has issued directives and documents on leadership, direction and guidance on the organization of the Congress. Up to now, 8/8 communes have basically completed the work of developing personnel plans; drafting political reports; constructing works and tasks to welcome the Congress; selecting localities to organize model Congresses; planning time, facilities and other necessary conditions to serve the Congress. Accordingly, the number of members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district in the next term is 47 people; Nhi Ha commune is chosen to organize the model Congress of the district, expected to take place in March 2024; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress of Thuan Nam district is expected to take place in May 2024.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the District Party Committee, the close coordination of the government and the proactive spirit of the Thuan Nam District Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in the preparation for the Congress. The Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested the Thuan Nam District Party Committee to continue to closely monitor and direct the preparation for the Congress, paying attention to the preparation for the district's model Congress in Nhi Ha commune, drawing experience in better implementation of the Congress in localities. Promoting the strengths of digital transformation, applying information technology in promoting the propaganda of the Congress in many diverse and practical forms; strengthening the inspection and supervision of the Congress preparation process. Regarding personnel work participating in the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the district and commune levels, it is necessary to ensure the correct procedures, composition, structure, and quantity, especially selecting people with sufficient qualities, capacity, enthusiasm, and aspiration to contribute to the development of the locality. The preparation and organization of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels must be carried out in a spirit of innovation, strictness, in accordance with the charter, regulations, and instructions. At the same time, improve the quality of political reports and the drafting of Congress documents. It is noted that in the process of drafting documents, it is necessary to take the step of widely collecting opinions from the people, this is an important issue to promote the strength of great national unity.
