In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Regiment 451 has identified three key breakthroughs: Improving overall quality and combat readiness; strengthening formalization, discipline management, ensuring safety, promoting digital transformation and administrative reform, building formal and exemplary radar stations; improving the leadership capacity of the Party organization, promoting responsibility, discipline, and setting an example for cadres and party members, especially cadres in charge at all levels.

Speaking at the Congress, Colonel Do Minh acknowledged, praised and congratulated the achievements and results that the Party Committee of Regiment 451 had achieved in the past term. At the same time, he suggested that in the coming time, the Party Committee of Regiment 451 continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines and viewpoints on military and national defense, apply them appropriately to the practical situation of the unit; improve the quality of political and ideological education; build a strong Party Committee in terms of politics, ideology, organization, ethics and cadres.
