The Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Staff Department held a Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Overview of the Congress.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the General Staff Department has always been united, unified, promoted collective intelligence, focused on leading and directing the unit to successfully complete all assigned tasks, build a strong and comprehensive unit, a clean and strong Party Committee, notably: Advising the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command on many policies and countermeasures in managing and firmly protecting territorial rights and national border security; handling situations well to avoid being passive and surprised. Performing well the tasks of training, combat readiness, participating in natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue; maintaining regularity, training discipline; advising well on organization, staffing, regimes, policies and other aspects of work; taking care of building a clean and strong Party Committee, cadres and soldiers are always steadfast, determined and have absolute trust in the leadership of the Party, overcoming all difficulties, successfully completing assigned tasks.

Election of the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the Congress, Colonel Do Ngoc Vinh praised and highly appreciated the results that the Party Committee of the General Staff Department had achieved in the past term; at the same time, he requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement documents from superiors on border protection tasks and force building; coordinate with functional departments to advise the Party Committee and the Command to do a good job of grasping, analyzing, forecasting the situation, proposing policies and solutions to handle incidents well, avoiding being passive and surprised; strictly maintaining combat readiness and natural disaster prevention; deploying activities to protect border and sea safety, maintain political security, social order and safety, and perform well the functions of military, national defense and foreign affairs.

Colonel Do Ngoc Vinh presented flowers to congratulate the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and delegates attending the congress of the Party Committee at a higher level.

Closely combine the functions of advising, proposing and inspecting and urging agencies and units to perform border management and protection tasks, promote the application of digital technology and digitization, especially in immigration management at border gates; improve the quality of combat training, build a strong and comprehensive unit, constantly improve the capabilities, combat readiness, professional expertise, and tactics of officers and soldiers in the entire unit, meeting the requirements of Border Guard staff work in the new situation.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and delegates to attend the Congress of Party delegates at higher levels, ensuring compliance with the principles and Party Charter.
