Speaking at the Congress, Major General Nguyen Hoang Nam acknowledged and commended the leadership and performance of the Party Committee of Brigade 972 in the past term and noted: The new term Executive Committee must urgently develop a program and plan to implement the Resolution of the Congress; assign specific tasks to Party Committee members and members of the Standing Committee in charge of each aspect of work; supplement, complete and effectively operate the system of working regulations and leadership regulations of Party Committees at all levels in the entire Party Committee.
