During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Warehouse 671 has always been united, proactive, innovative, creative, promoted the combined strength, and led the comprehensive completion of goals and tasks, including many tasks that were completed well and excellently, such as: Completing 100% of the targets and tasks of receiving and distributing gasoline and oil, ensuring absolute safety; strictly managing gasoline and oil reserves for the tasks.

The internal unity of the Warehouse has been strengthened; the comprehensive leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, Party organization and Party members have been significantly improved.

Focusing on improving the quality of management, preservation, reception and distribution of gasoline and oil, creating a steady change in building discipline and training discipline.

At the congress, delegates elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 members, who are comrades representing the qualities and intelligence of the entire Party Committee; elected a delegation of 19 comrades to attend the 13th Congress of the Party Committee of the Petroleum Department. The new term Executive Committee held its first meeting, elected the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Warehouse, consisting of 3 comrades, elected the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, the Party Committee Inspection Committee, and the Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee of the Warehouse with a high number of votes of confidence.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Duong Ngoc Tuyen acknowledged and commended the achievements in the leadership and implementation of the tasks of the Party Committee of Warehouse 671 in the past term; at the same time, requested the new Executive Committee to urgently develop a program and plan to implement the congress resolution; assign specific tasks to Party Committee members in charge of each aspect of work; supplement, perfect and effectively operate the working regulations and leadership regulations of Party Committees and commanders at all levels in the entire Party Committee.
