Overview of the Congress.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, in the context of many difficulties and challenges, the Party Executive Committee of Thanh Hoa Power Construction Joint Stock Company has coordinated well with the Board of Directors, promoting the spirit of solidarity and creativity to lead the unit to well implement the targets and tasks of production, business and Party building. The targets set out in the Resolution of the 15th Party Congress of Thanh Hoa Power Construction Joint Stock Company, term 2020 - 2025 were basically achieved and exceeded, bringing the Company to continue moving forward on the development journey, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the province.

The total production value of the Company reached 5,186,287 million VND, exceeding 49% compared to the previous term. The average annual growth rate reached 6-11%. The total revenue value reached 4,792,362 million VND, exceeding 52% compared to the previous term, achieving an average annual growth rate of 5-11%. The State budget contribution reached 42,099 million VND, exceeding 28% compared to the previous term.

Member companies operate effectively, with production and business results higher year after year, ensuring policies and income for employees. The average income of party members, employees and workers reached 8.61 million VND/person/month, 37% higher than the previous term.

The company has made many efforts in investing in upgrading the power grid, improving the quality of electricity supply services for customers in 117 communes in the province. The total investment value in upgrading the power grid in the past term reached 334,336 million VND, exceeding 7% compared to the previous term. The average power loss was 10.68%, down 4.03% compared to the previous term.

Party building work has achieved good results in all aspects: Ideology, politics, organization - cadres, inspection, supervision, and leadership of mass organizations. The Party Committee of the Company always identifies the propaganda and political and ideological education for cadres, employees, and workers as an important task, thereby improving understanding and compliance with the Party's policies and the State's laws. The Party Committee of the Company regularly grasps the thoughts and aspirations of Party members, employees, and workers from the grassroots level to promptly and satisfactorily resolve any problems (if any) that arise.

Delegates voted to approve the election list of the Party Executive Committee of Thanh Hoa Power Construction Joint Stock Company for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Every year, 90% of Party members in the Party Committee complete their tasks well; 19% of Party members complete their tasks excellently; 10% of Party members complete their tasks; no Party member fails to complete their tasks. The work of training and admitting Party members is given attention and focus. During the last term, the Party Committee admitted 44 comrades, reaching 220% compared to the Resolution of the 15th Congress.

Upholding the spirit and responsibility of “for the development of the community”, throughout the process of construction and development, the Company’s Party Committee has always focused on social security and encouraging learning and talent. The total budget for the Company’s social security activities in the last term was 7.9 billion VND, an increase of nearly 4 times compared to the previous term.

In particular, the Company is one of the units actively responding to Directive No. 22-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties, with a total support amount of 280 million VND to date.
