The Party Committee of the Phu Yen Market Management Department (under the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade) was formerly the Party Committee of the Phu Yen Market Management Department. In terms of expertise, the unit is under the direct direction of the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development (Ministry of Industry and Trade). The Party Committee of the Phu Yen Market Management Department has 6 subordinate Party cells with a total of 51 Party members.

In the 2020-2025 term, with the spirit of solidarity and unity of the Party Committee, all Party members and people of the Party Committee, together with the attention and facilitation of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, the General Department of Market Management, the Party Committee of the Bloc and the Department of Industry and Trade, the Phu Yen Market Management Department has excellently completed the assigned tasks.

The Congress approved the political report and review report of the Party Committee of the unit for the 2020-2025 term, and commented on documents from higher levels. During the term, the Party Committee inspected 4,595 cases, collected 40.6 billion VND for the state budget, and destroyed goods worth over 33.7 billion VND. The Party Committee focused on leading and directing the improvement of the organizational apparatus and personnel work towards streamlining, effective and efficient operations.

At the congress, party members seriously and frankly contributed their opinions on the implementation of the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term; drew lessons and determined directions, goals, targets, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term; focusing on innovative solutions to improve inspection, control, prevention and combat of smuggled and counterfeit goods, intellectual property violations, banned goods and trade fraud.

The Congress voted to approve the draft Resolution of the Congress for the 2025-2030 term with goals, tasks and 7 main groups of targets. The Congress requested that subordinate Party cells organize propaganda to each civil servant, Party member and the masses in the unit; deploy the development of specific programs and action plans to effectively implement the contents of the resolution.
