Thanks to the focus on innovation in leadership methods, close adherence to reality, and affirming the role of comprehensive leadership in the enterprise, over the years, the Party Committee of Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company has always been recognized as a unit that has excellently completed its typical tasks. The Party Committee of the Company was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for its outstanding achievements in completing typical tasks for 5 consecutive years (2020 - 2024).

The Party Committee of Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company currently has 120 members. To promote the core leadership role of the enterprise, the Party Committee of the Company always actively pays attention to political and ideological education, guiding the correct thinking and actions of all Party members, cadres, employees and workers. Strengthening education on Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, the Party's viewpoints, and the State's legal policies, helping cadres and Party members cultivate morality, lifestyle, practice political ideology, and work capacity to set an example for the masses to follow.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company Le Tien Dung, said: “To promote the role of the core leader of the enterprise, the Party Committee of the Company always focuses on the work of building a truly clean and strong Party; resolutely preventing, repelling, and strictly handling cadres and Party members who have degraded political ideology, ethics and lifestyle, and have signs of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation”. The Party Committee always attaches importance to studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and lifestyle; building and replicating specific and practical collective and individual models and examples to create a spread throughout the Company”.

It is worth noting that in the work of Party building, the Company's Party Committee always builds and implements the Party Committee's working regulations; the internal leadership is always united, unified, joins hands, and contributes efforts and intelligence to promote the development of the unit. The Party Committee always fully demonstrates the Party's leadership role in carrying out political tasks, in the work of building the organization, staff and Party building.

Monthly, quarterly, 6-month and annual work reviews are carried out with an impartial, objective, honest and complete attitude, closely following tasks, responsibilities and work plans; frankly acknowledging limitations, including shortcomings, correctly identifying causes, drawing lessons and proposing correct and timely solutions. The Company's Party Committee regularly pays attention to the work of creating sources and developing new Party members. Thanks to that, in the 2020 - 2025 term, the entire Party Committee has developed 27 Party members, exceeding the set target.

Under the close, comprehensive and in-depth leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Company's Executive Board and the solidarity of cadres, party members and employees, Binh Dinh Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company has well implemented the production and business targets according to the set plan; the scale of the water supply and drainage network has been continuously expanded. The Company has well implemented the production and supply of clean water to customers stably with an average flow of 76,219 m³/day and night; water quality is guaranteed according to the standards of the Ministry of Health. Currently, the unit is providing water to nearly 133 thousand customers in Quy Nhon City, An Nhon Town, Hoai Nhon Town, Tuy Phuoc, Phu Cat, Phu My districts and Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park.

According to Mr. Le Tien Dung, from 2020 to present, the Company's production activities have always met and exceeded the plan. Revenue in 2024 increased by 32% compared to 2020, an average increase of 6.4%/year; pre-tax profit in 2024 increased by 47% compared to 2020, an average increase of 9.4%/year. It is worth noting that the Company has taken many measures to reduce the water loss rate from 15.83% in 2019 to 13.35% in 2024.
