According to the report at the congress, 2022 is the most successful year ever for PVFCCo. In the context of many economic fluctuations and global supply chain disruptions, the company has taken advantage of the advantages of both safe production exceeding design capacity and effective business. As a result, in 2022, PVFCCo achieved a record output of 917,000 tons of urea and exported 190,000 tons. Total revenue of VND 19,013 billion, after-tax profit of VND 5,585 billion, cash dividend at a record level of 70%.

Thanks to these impressive results, PVFCCo was ranked 2nd in the Top 10 most effective enterprises by prestigious organizations such as VnReport; and ranked in the Top 50 best listed enterprises in Vietnam by Forbes Vietnam magazine.
In 2023, there are many challenges for the fertilizer industry in general, such as a sharp drop in fertilizer prices, to the lowest level in the past few years, while input material prices increase. In addition, the Phu My Fertilizer Plant will stop for 1 month for periodic maintenance. In that situation, PVFCCo plans to have consolidated revenue of VND 17,372 billion, after-tax profit of VND 2,250 billion, and a dividend of 40% - a fairly high level compared to the general level.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Xuan Huyen, Deputy General Director of Petrovietnam Group (major shareholder), acknowledged and praised the outstanding successes in PVFCCo's operations. The company has made important contributions to the overall achievements of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group in 2022 - a record year in more than 60 years of formation and development. The Group expects that with its tradition, potential and support from the Group and shareholders, PVFCCo will overcome challenges and continue to develop in the coming time.
