Dam Ha: Careful preparation, focused and key points

Thoroughly implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo and the directions and instructions of the Provincial Party Committee , Dam Ha district is promoting leadership and direction in preparing for party congresses at all levels in the area carefully, focusing on key points.

sdf — Dam Ha Commune Party Committee held a meeting to deploy tasks to prepare for the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee and people of Dam Ha commune (Dam Ha district) have achieved many outstanding achievements in various fields. Many economic models in the fields of agriculture, forestry and fishery have been built and developed; the average income reached 115 million VND/person. Many targets of the Resolution of the Congress of the past term have been achieved and exceeded the set targets. These positive results are the basis for the Party Committee of the commune to confidently complete higher development goals in the new term.

Implementing the plan to organize grassroots congresses, the Dam Ha Commune Party Committee was selected by the Dam Ha District Party Committee to organize a model congress in March 2025 to evaluate and draw experience for the branches and grassroots Party Committees in the district to implement the congress according to the set plan. To best complete this important political task, the Commune Party Committee is active and proactive in preparing in all aspects, especially raising awareness and ideology, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among all cadres, Party members and people towards the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Ms. Hoang My Linh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Dam Ha commune, said: Recognizing the honor and responsibility of being chosen as the unit to organize a model congress to evaluate and gain experience in directing grassroots congresses in the district, the Party Committee of the commune has focused on careful preparation, ensuring the successful organization of the Congress. The Congress Steering Committee, subcommittees and support teams were established, assigned specific tasks, ensuring work progress closely following the plan and roadmap. The preparation work of the Party Committee of the commune was very favorable thanks to the solidarity, democracy and determination of cadres and party members to complete the assigned tasks well. On February 3, the Party Committee of the commune admitted 5 party members on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam , a practical activity to welcome the Party Congress of the commune. The entire Party Committee demonstrated determination, effort and endeavor to successfully implement the set goals and tasks to firmly enter a new era, a new term.

sdf — Dam Ha commune focuses on decorating and promoting the celebration to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Implementing the direction of the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the grassroots Party cells and committees proactively and actively lead and direct the preparation work, clearly define responsibilities, and take the initiative in implementing tasks. The Party Committees of communes and towns carry out the step-by-step process according to the regulations on introducing personnel to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Party Standing Committee, the positions of Party Secretary and Deputy Secretary for the 2025-2030 term. Up to now, 8 communes and towns have deployed the development of personnel plans. The work of preparing documents for the congress has been directed to be carefully prepared.

Mr. Ta Huu Tuat, Secretary of the Tan Lap Commune Party Committee, said: The personnel work is closely led by the Party Committee, ensuring procedures and democracy, aiming to create high consensus among cadres and party members before, during and after the congress. The quality of personnel participating in the new term Party Committee ensures standards, qualifications, and proportion of women and young people. The Commune Party Committee has proactively completed the drafting of the Political Report to be submitted to the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; assigned the Document Subcommittee to complete the draft Political Report to be submitted to the Congress, and organized to collect opinions from cadres, party members and people. Up to now, the draft Political Report has been revised and supplemented for the third time. This is the intellectual product of both the Party Committee and the people of the commune, serving as a basis for the upcoming Commune Party Congress to decide on appropriate goals, directions, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

sdf — Tan Lap commune held a meeting of sub-committees to prepare for the commune Party Congress.

With the spirit of urgency, seriousness, proactiveness, closely following the direction of superiors and local practices, by February 5, 2025, the district had 141/155 party cells under the grassroots party committees completing the congress, reaching 90.96%. The Dam Ha district Party Committee directed the branches and grassroots party committees to complete the organization of the congress from March to June 2025; ready for the District Party Congress in July 2025.
