On the afternoon of December 19, Tuoi Tre Online recorded that the wedding of successful Mongolian merchants named E. Zorigtbaatar and E. Enkhriitsetseg was held on the yacht Nautilus in An Thoi ward (Phu Quoc city).
This wedding was held with the traditional culture of the bride and groom and mixed with Vietnamese culture.
Mr. Gantulga Boldbaatar – a relative of the Mongolian couple – said that traveling from Mongolia to Vietnam is very convenient because there are direct flights. Therefore, through media channels and tourist tours, Mr. Gantulga Boldbaatar and his family members learned about Phu Quoc.
“Phu Quoc is a bustling tourist destination with beautiful beaches and islands. The place where we live is grasslands and mountains. Therefore, we specially chose to hold our wedding party on the Nautilus yacht in Phu Quoc to capture beautiful moments of our family,” Mr. Gantulga Boldbaatar happily said.

“This is the first Mongolian wedding held in Phu Quoc. The Mongolian people are very friendly. For the wedding of this Mongolian merchant couple, we chose a sea route from May Rut Ngoai island to Cau Hon.
The destinations are all famous and beautiful, especially the sea and island scenery dyed in the golden sunset light on the sea," said Mr. Le Quang Duy - CEO of Namaste Company in An Thoi ward.
Kien Giang Department of Tourism said Mongolia is a potential international tourist market. From early 2024 to now, Kien Giang is expected to welcome more than 21,600 Mongolian visitors. Phu Quoc also currently has charter flights to bring Mongolian visitors.
