Previously, runner-up Phuong Anh was officially proposed to by her businessman boyfriend in Phu Quoc at a fashion event they both attended. It is known that runner-up Phuong Anh's husband is businessman Duc Ho (born in 1994), currently studying for a PhD in the UK. The two had known and loved each other for more than a year before deciding to get married.

Phuong Anh (born in 1998) is 1.77 m tall, has a sexy appearance and "impressive" academic achievements. She won the 1st runner-up prize at Miss Vietnam 2020 and represented Vietnam at Miss International 2022 but did not go far in this contest.

Before winning the 1st runner-up prize at Miss Vietnam 2020, Phuong Anh was the valedictorian of the bilingual block at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted.

She won first prize in the French Olympics in 2013 and 2014; first prize in the City-level Excellent Student Competition in French in 2014; third prize in the National Excellent Student Competition in French in 2016. Phuong Anh has an IELTS 8.0 (English) certificate, DALF C1 (French, equivalent to IELTS 8.0). The beauty born in 1998 was crowned Miss Ao Dai Vietnam Female Student 2015. In March 2021, Phuong Anh graduated as valedictorian in the Information Management System major from RMIT University. Currently, Phuong Anh is an editor for the national television channel in the Southern region, VTV9.
