Ensuring power supply for the 2024 Thanh Hoa Western Trade and Tourism Fair

During the 5 days of the "Western Thanh Hoa Trade and Tourism Fair 2024", Thuong Xuan Power - Thanh Hoa Power Company ensured safe and stable power supply throughout the event.

Thuong Xuan Electricity arranged backup generators and 24/7 on-call staff at transformer stations and power supply locations in event areas to promptly troubleshoot and handle any problems that may arise.

One of the most essential conditions to contribute to the success of this event is to ensure safe, stable and continuous power supply. Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Director of Thanh Hoa Electricity Company and the request from the Program Organizing Committee, Thuong Xuan Electricity has developed a power supply plan such as: Prioritizing and not cutting off power; checking and reviewing the load status of the transformer station where the event is powered; overcoming all existing problems on the power grid, preparing materials and equipment, backup generators, fuel, communication systems and means of transport; arranging 24/7 on-duty forces at the transformer station and power supply locations in the event areas to promptly handle and fix problems if they occur.

This year’s Western Thanh Hoa Trade Fair has more than 100 booths displaying and introducing typical products and tourism products of 11 mountainous districts of Thanh Hoa and some localities in the province; booths from Laos and the provinces of Nghe An, Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, Son La.

Within the framework of the Fair, there will be a Conference on connecting supply and demand of agricultural products and food, tourism in the Western region of Thanh Hoa and many attractive cultural and artistic programs.

Through the events, the Fair aims to promote trade, introduce the image of businesses in the region, create a bridge for communication and exchange of experiences, thereby supporting businesses, production and trading establishments in the western mountainous districts to seek opportunities for investment cooperation, joint ventures, and associations with organizations and businesses inside and outside the province to boost product consumption and promote production.

Also on this occasion, activities within the Sports, Culture and Tourism Week took place in the area with many folk games, boat racing, new rice celebration... This is an opportunity for Thuong Xuan district to promote Chau Thuong land with its unique and long-standing traditional cultural values, which also have potential and advantages to attract investment in developing local community tourism in the future.
