In early spring, Quang Ninh province has many traditional spring festivals attracting a large number of people and tourists from all over to visit and worship. In order to bring people and tourists a safe and civilized festival season, sectors and localities have proactively implemented many plans and measures to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, etc. at festival areas and tourist attractions in the area.

Since the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2005, the Cua Ong Temple National Special Relic Site has attracted from 10,000 to 18,000 visitors to visit and worship every day. To meet the sudden increase in visitors, especially on weekends, the Cua Ong - Cap Tien Temple National Special Historical Relic Site Management Board has closely coordinated with the People's Committee of Cua Ong Ward and the Traffic Police force to direct, guide and regulate traffic, stop and pick up and drop off passengers, ensure traffic safety and avoid local congestion. The facilities, tree systems and landscape at the site that were damaged after Typhoon Yagi were also promptly repaired by relevant agencies, ensuring a green, clean and beautiful environment at the site.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Thanh, Deputy of the Management Board of the special national historical relic Cua Ong - Cap Tien Temple, said: Over the years, with the attention of Quang Ninh province and the cooperation of units, organizations and individuals, Cua Ong Temple has been restored and expanded. This place is also one of the bright spots in management work with the "4 no" model that has been well maintained for many years: No loss of environmental sanitation; no loss of security and order, ensuring prices of surrounding services; no begging and no soliciting of visitors. In particular, the Relic Management Board has installed a system of 60 security cameras, operating 24/7 to proactively fight against crimes and illegal acts that may arise, ensuring safety for visitors.

According to the plan, the Cua Ong Temple Spring Festival will take place from March 2 to 3, 2025 (February 3 to 4, At Ty year). This is an occasion to honor the historical and cultural values of the special national relic of Cua Ong Temple, Cam Pha City and Van Don District; an occasion for each citizen to express the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", remember the great contributions of the Temple's God, Hung Nhuong Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tang and the gods who were talented and brave generals of the Tran Dynasty, those who contributed to the people and the country, and pray for a rich people, a strong country, a civilized society, and happy families.

At the Yen Tu Spring Festival (Uong Bi City) this year, there were more special and larger-scale activities than in previous years. The People's Committee of Uong Bi City directed the Yen Tu National Park and Forest Management Board and Tung Lam Development Joint Stock Company to review and repair the entire railing system and stairs on the pilgrimage route from the foot of the mountain to Dong Pagoda, repair any damage, and ensure the safety of pilgrims. The work of conservation, management and ensuring conditions for visitors is also carried out thoughtfully and scientifically by the festival organizing committee. Quang Ninh province currently has more than 100 festivals, of which 80% take place in the spring.
