At Nguyen Tat Thanh Square - where the rally took place, the forces were deployed at the entrances and exits, taking on the tasks of blocking, regulating traffic, fire prevention and fighting, and coordinating with the Organizing Committee to arrange seating areas and reasonable traffic flows for delegates and people. All security plans were built in detail, close to reality and with high contingency. Not only focusing on the central area, the police force also expanded its control scope to the entire Phan Thiet city and neighboring areas. The police of wards and communes strengthened the work of grasping the situation, managing the area, managing subjects, conducting administrative inspections, combining propaganda and mobilizing people to raise their awareness of law compliance, and joining hands to maintain security and order.

Inter-sectoral coordination, tightening security from near to far

In addition to mobilizing maximum local forces, Binh Thuan Provincial Police also closely coordinates with military forces, local authorities and functional agencies to deploy many comprehensive security measures. These include checking for bombs, explosives, controlling unmanned aerial vehicles, and setting up iron fences to protect key areas. Forces such as Mobile Police, Police 113, and Traffic Police maintain regular patrols, promptly detecting and handling unexpected situations.
