Every time we needed water, we had to use a machine to pump water up, which was very expensive in terms of electricity and laborious in carrying water into the house. Along with supporting water tanks for ethnic minorities, Dak To district has built 03 centralized water projects, with more than 400 households benefiting. The total cost is more than 5.4 billion VND.
