Implement appropriate models.
Building upon the results of implementing Directive No. 05 of the XII Political Bureau, the Dak Song District Party Committee has strengthened its direction to effectively implement appropriate models such as "monthly flag-raising ceremonies and political activities under the flag," "5 cadres and Party members helping one household escape poverty," and "3 no's, 3 needs, 3 determinations."

In particular, the model of "monthly flag-raising ceremonies and political activities under the flag" has been effectively implemented since 2018. The content and quality of flag-raising ceremonies and political activities under the flag have been improved. This has contributed to raising awareness and responsibility among cadres, Party members, civil servants, and workers regarding patriotism, national pride, and self-respect, fostering a cultured workplace environment.
The model "5 cadres and Party members helping one household escape poverty" involves grassroots Party organizations coordinating and mobilizing resources totaling 3.41 billion VND to help 273 households escape poverty. The model is becoming increasingly effective and is widely supported by cadres, Party members, and the people.
The "three no's" model means: no harassment or intimidation of the people; no indifference or irresponsibility towards the people; and no giving or receiving bribes. The "three needs" are: being cheerful, listening to, and learning from the people; apologizing and thanking the people when receiving feedback or criticism; and mobilizing the people to unite and work together for socio-economic development. The "three determinations" are: determination to promote democracy, discipline, and unity; determination to successfully complete tasks; and determination to build a prosperous, beautiful, and civilized homeland.
The "3 No's, 3 Needs, 3 Determinations" model, implemented since 2020, has contributed to improving work efficiency and public service discipline. Cadres and Party members work more actively and diligently, adhering to discipline, regulations, public service ethics, and workplace culture, and are enthusiastic and welcoming to the people.
Focus on the grassroots
Following the directives of the Standing Committee of the Dak Song District Party Committee, all levels of government, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations are focusing on the grassroots with many effective methods and innovative models.

The District Fatherland Front Committee has successfully implemented 35 models, projects, and tasks, creating a widespread impact within the community. Specifically, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Fatherland Front and other organizations in the district mobilized organizations, individuals, and businesses to donate over 1.5 billion VND along with many essential goods and necessities to support and encourage units and individuals directly involved in pandemic prevention and control, as well as people implementing social distancing measures.
The "For the Poor" Fund of Dak Song district has raised over 705 million VND, contributing to supporting livelihoods and production tools for 102 poor households in difficult circumstances to develop their economy. Dak Song also raised 348.9 million VND to support the purchase of 726 health insurance cards for 726 people in difficult circumstances, giving them better access to medical care...
The District Veterans Association mobilized 760 million VND to support the repair of 12 houses for poor members facing housing difficulties. The local branches also independently raised over 4 billion VND to provide interest-free or low-interest loans to poor members to develop their businesses, purchase production equipment, and create jobs for 350 workers.
The Dak Song District Party Committee has closely combined studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings with practical activities closely linked to the lives of the people, thus fostering a spirit of unity and love within the community. Cadres and Party members have had more opportunities and an environment to build their character, prevent and combat the decline in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle, and strengthen their connection with the people.
