The implementation of the Project in Dak Nong shows that schools implementing career education activities are having a positive impact on career orientation of junior high school and high school students.
Besides career education activities, teaching technology and general vocational subjects in secondary and high schools contributes to improving the effectiveness of career education.
Since the beginning of the year, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dak Nong (DOLISA) in coordination with the Department of Education and Training of Dak Nong (DOE) and related units have organized career counseling and guidance for 13 secondary and high schools in the province with more than 2,300 students.

Student streaming work always receives attention and direction from Party committees and local authorities.
Career counseling attracts students to vocational education institutions, secondary schools and colleges, contributing to reducing the dropout rate and improving the quality of human resources in the province.
Dak Nong continues to mobilize investment resources, build school facilities, improve the quality of vocational education, and create maximum conditions for students to both study general education and learn a trade.
