Dak Nong adds nearly 37 billion VND to pay for 26 people who retire early

Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 512/QD-UBND on supplementing funding to implement policies according to Decree No. 177/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government and Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to supplement the 2025 budget for agencies and units to implement policies according to Decree No. 177/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government with an amount of VND 907,612 million and Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government with an amount of over VND 35,920 billion.

This funding source is taken from the provincial budget's 2025 salary reform funding source.

Standing Provincial Party Committee presents early retirement decisions to officials

This is the fund to pay for early retirement benefits for officials and civil servants to serve the arrangement and organization of the apparatus for officials and civil servants, including 2 cases under Decree 177 and 24 cases under Decree 178.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Finance to coordinate with the State Treasury of Region XIV to establish procedures for allocating the above-mentioned funds to the budgeting units according to regulations. Agencies and units are responsible for paying policies and regimes to the subjects; at the same time, make annual payments and settlements according to regulations.
