By the end of November 2024, many important socio-economic indicators of Dak Mil district achieved high results. The total state budget revenue in the area was 167 billion VND, reaching 99.23% of the estimate. The added value of the trade and service sector was 3,222 billion VND, reaching 98.8%.
Cultural and social fields continue to be promoted. Social security work is given attention and implemented promptly.
However, the district still has many problems that need to be overcome. Revenue from land use is low. The rate of investment capital disbursement has not ensured the set progress. The process of compensation and site clearance for construction works and projects is slow.
At the meeting, the leaders of Dak Mil District People's Committee proposed many issues to the Provincial People's Committee such as: timely support for provincial planning work; investment adjustment for some projects with problems...
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi praised the results Dak Mil has achieved since the beginning of the year.
Most of the targets are high. Currently, there are only a few targets that have not ensured progress due to objective factors.
There is not much time left in 2024, Dak Mil must focus on determination and resolutely carry out its tasks. For the targets that have exceeded the plan, the district must strive to exceed them.
The district should avoid exceeding the plan and then being negligent. Departments and branches are responsible for resolving local difficulties and problems.
“Regarding capital disbursement, all solutions are available. The important thing is how the district organizes the implementation. Departments, offices, and commune and town chairmen must take responsibility if any project in the area is delayed. Localities must regularly inspect to promptly report to superiors,” Dak Nong Provincial People’s Committee Chairman Ho Van Muoi directed.
According to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Dak Mil district must enhance the quality of administrative reform and digital transformation. The Secretary and Chairman of the district must take full responsibility for this issue.
Localities must be consistent in the implementation process. Superiors must be resolute with subordinates. Subordinates must share work with superiors. Everyone must participate to improve the quality and efficiency of work.
On the same afternoon, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi visited and worked with Duc Lap Coffee Company and Dak Nong Aquatic Breeding Center to grasp the difficulties and obstacles in production and business activities at the units.
