In Ea Sup district, after listening to the report on the results of the Eighth Session and the expected content of the Ninth Session, 22 opinions and recommendations from voters were sent to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, focusing on urgent people's issues such as: requesting the Central Government to continue paying attention to the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; promptly upgrading the seriously degraded Ha Lake dike (Ea Sup town); investing in irrigation canals in Cu Kbang commune to serve agricultural production; granting land use right certificates to people...

Notably, voters expressed concerns about the merger of communes in Region 3 into new rural communes, fearing that the merged communes would no longer enjoy special policies. The arrangement of non-professional cadres at the commune level according to Conclusion 137-KL/TW of the Politburo was also mentioned by many voters, requesting unified guidance to ensure the rights of participants.

In Buon Don district, opinions focused on the serious deterioration of many rural roads, affecting the lives of people, especially students in the communes of Krong Na, Ea Wer, and Tan Hoa. Voters proposed to thoroughly handle the encroachment of forest land and land belonging to the old airport in Krong Na commune - where people have planted rubber trees and handed over the land to the State but so far have not been satisfactorily resolved regarding their rights.

Voters expressed their agreement with the policy of streamlining the administrative apparatus towards efficiency; however, they also suggested considering investing in the commune People's Committee headquarters at the present time to avoid waste. In addition, voters proposed amending the Law on Military Service, considering exempting young people who are participating in the grassroots security force - a force that plays an important role in maintaining security and order in the locality.

Member is a full-time National Assembly delegate at the Ethnic Council Luu Van Duc. Luu Van Duc acknowledged the enthusiastic and responsible opinions of voters; at the same time, requested local authorities, relevant departments and branches to continue to coordinate to resolve issues within their authority. Recommendations beyond local authority will be compiled by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and sent to central agencies for study, consideration and resolution according to regulations, in order to meet the legitimate aspirations of voters.
